How do I check the status of my warranty claim?

Once we receive your email, one of our warranty coordinators will reach out to you with the next steps to get your claim processed via email. Warranty claim shipments sent in without prior approval will be returned to sender.

At this time, there are delays in processing warranty requests.  Warranty claims will be addressed in the order they are received. We appreciate your patience, and our team will work diligently to process your claim as efficiently as possible. Please refrain from sending follow-up emails, as they may contribute to delays in the resolution process.
