UPS Ground or Expedited shipping methods are unavailable at this time. Our carriers are unable to deliver directly to P.O. Box addresses. Entering a P.O. Box may require the carrier to contact you at the telephone number provided to arrange pickup of your package from one of their local facilities. If you wish to guarantee a direct delivery of your package, please enter a non-P.O. Box shipping address.

Delivery Time: Time begins calculating once order has shipped from the warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update from when the order has shipped.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. We ship from multiple locations to ensure you receive your items as fast as possible.

If an item is missing from your order, it may be preparing to ship or already in route to deliver on a different day. Once all items have been shipped you will receive an email containing all tracking numbers associated to each item.

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted we are unable to cancel or modify. 

There can be multiple reasons why your tracking states delivered but you have not received your package. 

• - Carrier Hand Off: Some packages travel through multiple carriers.
• Example: You may receive a UPS tracking number, but USPS may complete the final delivery.
• - In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival depending on carrier.
• - Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
• - Look around the delivery location for your package. Some carriers may hide packages to avoid theft.
