    Unfortunately, we are unable to create exchanges.

    NON-DC SHOES RETURN

    Please ensure you return the correct item(s) when making a return. DC Shoes is not responsible for non-DC Shoes items shipped back to us in error. No compensation will be provided for incorrect items sent to DC Shoes.

    RETURN POLICY

    • All apparel, accessories and snow outerwear are FINAL SALE. If returned, these items are not eligible for a refund.
    • Only footwear and snow boots can only be returned if purchased online directly from www.dcshoes.com.
    • Only footwear and snow boots must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Only footwear and snow boots must be in their original state, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
    • Any items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.
    • Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable. 
    • Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. 

    RETURN GUIDELINES

    • All DC Crew members will receive free standard shipping on all purchases made within all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. 
    • All non DC Crew members are responsible for any return costs. 
    • We suggest obtaining proof of return and retaining it until your refund has been processed.
    • You will be notified via email throughout your package journey and once your refund has been approved.
    • Returns will be processed within 10-14 days of arrival at our warehouse.
    • Once approved, allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account.

    Return shipping labels are $6.95. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

    Drop your package off at any U.S. mail location.

    Once your return has been received by our warehouse, please allow up to 7-10 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.

  • How do I return an item?

    • - Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.
    • - Please print the shipping label.
    • - Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest USPS.
    • - Remember to keep your tracking number!

    Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to arrive to our facility. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, allow up to 7-10 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.

  • How do I check the status of my return?

    Please Note: Transit time can take up to 10-14 business days before we receive your return. Once your return has been received, allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your refund back to the original form of payment.

  • Can I exchange an item from my order?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to create exchanges. 

  • How long can a return take to complete?

    Once a return has been sent back, please allow 10-14 business days for transit time. Once our facility has received the return, allow for an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to be completed back to your original form of payment.

  • Can I return an item I purchased in-store?

    Unfortunately, we only except returns from purchases made directly from DCshoes.com. If purchased item(s) are from a retail location, you will need to visit the retail location for a return.

  • Can I return an item that was gifted?

    Returns can only be created by the original purchaser. If the item(s) have been purchased at a retail location, you will need to visit the retail location for return options. 

  • What is your return address?

    Unfortunately, our returns address is not available. All returns must be processed through our Order Status page. Any unauthorized return labels will not be processed and sent back to sender.

  • Do DC Crew Members receive Free Returns?

    We offer free returns to our loyal members on all eligible purchases made on the sites within all 50 U.S. states, and APO/FPO addresses. Click here to sign up for a DC Crew loyalty account.   Please note that on March 3, 2024 the DC Crew loyalty program will be discontinued.  

  • Returned an order purchased with a prepaid gift card?

    If a prepaid gift card was used to place your order and a return was processed, the funds will be returned to the prepaid gift card. Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment regardless or what was used.

    If you no longer have the prepaid gift card or the card has expired, you will need to contact the card provider for options.
